This is a no-brainer.

Ed cannot discuss the financial condition of the company as that would entail revealing information he cannot reveal. TCA has waited this long, they can wait until the rescheduled exam...if it even takes place.

The Lis Pendens will be expunged. TCA will be very impressed with what MEC is rolling out in Africa.
