If you don't know Phillip look him up. He's yapped his mouth on here and Twitter about what a great investment SoOum was. Since then the stock is down 99%. He's s real estate agent in Malta that is also the director of business development for SoOum. I'm not sure everything he said was exactly legal and he definitely mislead investors. To me it sounds like SoOum is calling his real estate office a new SoOum office lol.
