Pretty sure everyone figured it out the last time this garbage was thrown out of court. The only "dumb" stuff has been shown by Maciora with his ridiculous lawsuit which quoted "Animal House".
It's really simple, I listen and trust the auditors... not someone like Maciora who is clearly in it for himself and trying to extort shares. The entire lawsuit was built around him trying to extort 66,666,666 shares from a sale that never happened from someone who didn't have any. All IMO of course, I'm not a legal professional. He lost, and badly... so now he is at it again from a new angle, same sad story. I would think rather than wasting all this time and resources trying to acquire shares, that he could just buy some shares and join the party with the rest of us shareholders. Whatever his beef is with Ed and this company is obviously a deep one. I personally invested because I believe in the technology, along with most other longs here. However, in the end, it's just a penny stock. There are more important things to focus on in life. I hope this goes well, and I am very excited for the UBA rollout, this is what us longs have been waiting for, for a very long time.
Regardless, the auditors, a third party, have seen all of this.. and have laid it to rest. I wish you the best in your future investments.
