In this case, criminals are people who were actively involved in a ponzi scheme. I can say this for Squires and Schineller but it is unlikely, Doderer wasn't. But you can tell yourself as often as you like that the one, responsible for production and the technics didn't know that his staff and products didn't exist. Lol.
The SEC is a joke in most cases, I guess we can agree with that. They didn't go after them but were pleased with the first two guys of the scam.
