How big a stake for Emaar? Right now I'd be inclined to wager a majority stake within a couple months, and swallowing all the smaller fishes including of course SLJB down the road to get a major exchange listing. This would also allow them to control the whole "food chain" on multi-billion dollar projects around the world.
