It's hilarious and ironic at the same time- the idea there's going to be some "clawback" or other restitution from Leslie Price (and comrades) is preposterous. Auryn may get some form of civil remedy, but it is most unlikely to accrue to MDMN stockholders. But the funny/ironic part? We heard similar freaking RIDICULOUS notions about the infamous "Bogdan Buyback" court decision many in here fantasized about. It seems like the more they steal from us, the more expansive our imagination about recourse becomes!
