Seems to me, the only ones here who are long, are the ones continuing to post misinformation and from the looks of it, some of it is guided by the company. That is if Secord does use Asiavest and that the DG who e-mailed Tele is the same Don Georgino who is a prinicpal in Asiavest. I wonder if Tele destroyed the e-mail and its headers? These days destroying e-mails could be considered obstruction of justice. (See Andersen and Enron....)

For the record, the line on the form is a comment made by the individual doing the transaction. Its not an official statement.
If you bothered to read Evan's article, you will see that Evans contacted legal experts for their opinion on this matter. Based on all the facts, Secord has admitted his actions by this repurchase of his shares.
I'm sure you're familiar with a Law Enforcement subpeona? Do you honestly think that the SEC and the Feds didn't use them to identify you and this line of commenting?
