Hi Shorty, DOES ANY ONE ACTUALLY KNOW IF THE SHARES OWNED BY MS. LAVOIE AND MR. UMECKI ARE HELD IN A CANADIAN ACCOUNT AND NOT CURRENTLY TRADABLE?????

Seems to me that the company is based in the US and they do have a residence in the US and they acquired all or most the shares as wages in the US. AND if shares are not tradable in Canada HOW CAN SHARES FOR WAGES BE PAID???????

Has anyone heard or read Ms. Lavoie actually claim their shares are currently not tradable????

Please weigh in on these thoughts ANYONE
