I agree, that is a real risk in these kind of dilutions, if the new institutional investors sell the shares and keep the warrants then that is really bad for the pps, looking at the volume it doesn't seem to be the case at least yet, they have enough cash now to reach the FDA decision next may or June,

extra cash will come in by then as well
