The 0.195 is a made-up number used for estimation based on Nasdaq trading that day. I believe that the stocks are part of the employees payment package.

So instead of getting a 10 grand pay raise, they are paid in shares. I believe these have magically appeared and are additional shares beyond the existing number. It should have the same effect on financials as a bonus or pay raise would honestly, just a different way of looking at it.

As I've stated before, I think it's a good thing and generally view it as a positive that the employees and management are invested too. Which leads me to believe everyone is feeling pretty good over there
