Usually what happens with these pos companies is a find bottom, pump, dilution, rs...find bottom, pump, dilution, rs...

This thing just did an rs around May 2015. If they seriously do another one without a promotion/pump, then everything you've said about this CEO is true. An rs, find bottom, then rs again would be quite an astonishing statement. A real bad one.
