And what proof do you have that things are getting "serious?" There is none. Scott Sands' involvement is enough to make me stay away from ever investing in SIML again. He is a criminal and con-man who did actual time behind bars for God's sake. And this company is involved with him, knowing of his history????? I finally woke up regarding SIML. When will you ever wake up?
