ONTX very nice.the Co. want to see $14.70 per share per my understanding (only at 14.7 per share, the co. can convert Warrants into Cash). "warrant exercisable to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $5.88 per share for 5 years from the date of issuance" (July 26, 2016). in the money,if warrant price+ 5.88 < commons price. right now,not before $6.98 (1.1, Current warrant price +5.88).
"After the one-year anniversary of issuance, the Company may redeem the Warrants for $0.001 per Warrant if the volume weighted average price of our common stock is above $14.70 per share for 10 consecutive trading days". on good data we could see 7-14 price(cap still will be very reasonable if succeed,P2/P3! w/former extra efficiently interm data from Fully-Enrolled Phase 2 Trial) before any warrant will be executed. imo, even when will be in the money, most will prefer to keep holding those warrants due Warrants can offer significant gains to an investor.
