They said last year in the phone call that we had an office in Vietnam, I'm almost sure.

I admit I could be mistaken, but I'm almost sure that's the case. Not in a PR, but in a call.

ADDITION: And even if I'm wrong, that means that that's the ONLY thing we've learned about Vietnam in a year. That they leased an office. That's not great either.

ADDITION 2: Again, my point was that in the time between Q3 - Q3, my point was a lack of substantial news. Your rebuttals more or less support that point. Great Army news, Good Indiana news, an office in VN (nothing worth PRing by itself), biosafety officials (premature PR).

That's a year's worth of progress. To me, a year that was projected to be a growth year.

Maybe in Q4...
