Optima owns Sportsbetting and Gaming Services Limited.

Go to this page and you will see three Optima clients using same license. As I've said we are using Optima Sportsbetting and Gaming Services license until our license is approved in UK.

The bigger question now is why no proxy materials to broker yet? Answer, because they have enough votes without incurring extra costs of sending to brokers. The filing says we will get 8-K notification when vote is approved. I suspect they are verifying votes and filing 8-k. Then we get LOC signing and 8-K and a question to ask is will the LOC partner also be an investor?
