Could it be because the only people still holding this are the ones that heeded 420Investor's numerous buy and hold "recommendations" back at .20+?

Since inception, how many of the 420Investor service's MCIG buy "recommendations" (of which there have been MANY) have resulted in losses exceeding 30%?

All of them?

Strange how things change.

How come no one is talking about how Paul Rosenberg has disposed of 2.1mm of the preferred shares? He holds 20.9mm now and converted 1mm into 10mm common shares. It's not clear where the other 1.1mm preferred are - I may have missed it. This is disclosed in "subsequent events" as well as in the disclosure of holdings in the 10-K.
