Not even close to the "final phases"

Perlowin again hypes the installation of one small part of the external-to-the-building portion of the milling equipment in an effort to pump his stock.

Take a look at the video of the unassembled plant after Perlowin bought it to observe the complexity and size of the outdoor portion to see how much work there is still to perform (watch the following at the 7:00 mark):

Note the large piece of green machinery in the background of the shot of the assembled white hopper. The framework to support that machinery 10-15 feet off the ground still needs to be built.

One more thing: It is especially telling that there are still no recent videos or still images of the interior machinery (decorticator, mill or McTavish equipment) and the progress on that portion of the plant.

The plant is still months away from completion, let alone operation.
