BC I haven't heard yet and will follow up today. I tend to agree with you to the extent that they distributed funds based on shares which doesn't make sense.

YA basically owns the assets in this company because their debt was secured. So IMO they should have sold the assets and kept the money and the shares here should have been cancelled since the company is now inactive.

What they appear to have done is distribute the cash for the assets using shares as the basis and shares are not secured.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
