IRT has been a strong choice for me this year as well. I'm also into VER, which is approaching investment grade under new CEO Glenn Rufrano.

Slowly the American Realty Capital accounting crooks are being rounded up, helping VER move on. Yield's about 5.5% and it trades better than 5 million shares a day.
