This would be an optimal time for news and/or Institutions to pick up 5 to 10 million more shares, nearly locking up the outstanding completely

These Major holders already hold 50mil out of the only 66mil shares out there.

They will smart up and add more shares not only to average down their $7+ cost basis , but to support getting the price back up for themselves as a double banger

They should be able to get the price over $4 for starters imo

Don't forget the retail exposure has grown a lot in the last 4 months , where as before this was solely the Major players , big $$ guys baby pre 5/19/16 , historical volume has shown a lot , after and pre 5/19

Major Holders have the big $$ to push up + new money from us who discovered NVCN through the story the last 4 months during these great buying ops

Got to love a story stock , lots of press , lots of exposure

NVCN has not been effected fundamentally , same company and as they stated in the last conf call its business as usual = They continue working on their Billion dollar devices

This is how we go up , only other option is a quick buyout and if you don't own shares at the time , you ain't getting any of the big profit

Just past 4 months holding here , reasons to hold and wait it out have grown
