Lorne Kalisky and his part of the fake loan/lawsuit scam with Ross and Ruppert.

On 12/22/2015 Kalisky filed a Complaint in Broward County Court using Stuart Reed (I have a post about him and being a pump and dump attorney).

What do you know it is a Note for $90,000 - it was $75,000 but in 3 months Kalisky was supposed to be owed $90,000 (is this in violation of the Florida Usury laws) - and a Joint Motion for Settlement on 01/04/2016.

And guess who signed off on the Convertible note - Calvin Ross.
