LMAO!!! Sorry but that contract has been voided as I have told several in PMs - someone that is very bright put in a weasel clause that allowed NGCG to get out of the contract and negotiate more favorable terms.

There will absolutely not being 85 Million shares transferred to Victory.

Someone was actually looking out for the best interest of shareholders - instead of whining someone took action.

There is so much going on behind the scenes that you don't know about - and there is no need for shareholders to know at this time.

His trusted advisor - understood the Victory deal was bad from the start and as I understand it he did everything possible to get out of the deal.
