They never said that. They haven't even progressed past the PEA stage. And they admit that even if they were ready to mine today, they wouldn't be due to low metal prices.

And they haven't been Discovery Ventures in months.

Even if NBRI has claims in the area, that is largely meaningless. The chances of mineralization, economic or otherwise, extending on their property is very low.
