The CBC blurb replayed with the swab guy is an old re-run with Mahli displaying the Cannabix hand held device they are shooting for. The swab guys might scoop the whole breathalyzer effort if they can convince the lawmakers that DNA collection s/b allowed. I'm sure the swabs would be good enough for police but the lawyers will have a heyday with it. Which ever road society takes it is still going to have to be argued in court. The swab guys will prove that you use but not the level of impairment which is where the THC breathalyzer steps up with their two hour window which Cannabix thinks is more practical. The window of time for breath samples will be argued too but seems to be a fairer method. If we accept the swabs we are not going to have a workforce left. Every weekend user will be caught in the snare. Companies might want that to eliminate their marginal employees or older employees. The THC breathalyzer is a well thought out, reasonable test to determine impairment, not usage. glta and dyodd
