As you can see the contact for the app is actually Seergate. We own Seergate.

So to clear it up, yes there is a bank, UBA, yes there is an APP, link above, Yes it is powered by Seergate (See the about section for clarification), and Yes it is about to be rolled out. We are waiting for iOS version as Android and Blackberry (Huge deal in Africa) have already been made available. Once that is completed, UBA will begin promotion and public rollout/awareness campaign.
