> They don't file with the SEC
> Very suspect CEO
> COBI doesn't update OTCMarkets with pertinent information
> Interim President appears not to have any past experience with running a publicly held company nor any education that would seem to be pertinent in running such a company
> Reverse Merger rumors that have been going on for months
> Ticker change that hasn't happened "yet"
> Late filing of the quarterly report - not a 10Q - just a report filled out by a CPA
> Downgraded this week to Yield Status on the OTCMarkets site.
> Authorized Shares increased by 2.5 BILLION and is now 3.997 BILLION shares per the TA. Makes you wonder why that happened.


Makes you wonder what the attraction to this board is.......
