With a gagged TA, there is definitely some level of "trust me" involved but I think Adrian knows that lying about share structure in public forums to shareholders is a great way to end up in prison or get your ticker halted. So, I believe the numbers he described in the quarterly filing and the conference call.

We certainly know that he has done no dilution this week!
