No intellectual property/no proprietary products or services...so absolutely it IS overvalued. No question.

This is a company that, in essence, resells Chinese products we could purchase from alibaba for much cheaper. This simply fact is why it's so absurd to hear bagholders claim KSHB has no competition. Even if that lulzy claim were true (it's not), the reality is - there are no barriers to entry: Buy inventory from Alibaba - resell it for cheaper than KSHB. cake.
