SIML. I thought the A/S was dropped recently whereas the O/S is almost equal to it. If that is the case AND there is no attempt to engorge the A/S once again then I would say dilution has already been maxed out.

Low considering some of the 'scam' stocks I have dealt with or followed. I would suggest a tight watch on the A/S boundary be implemented. IF no rise is shown to materialize, then SIML may in fact be trying to put their ducks in order AND something going for them other than enrichment through selling worthless shares.

Could they actually be viable and have a gem or two yet to be shown? Maybe this floundering company can survive and be competitive to show some profit in a year or two...thus being the case, this pps today would be a steal.
