The documents will read almost word for word page 6 of 19;
ISI developed VDK 2.0 source code as a variation of the VDK
source code previously licensed to TMMI!!.
Around March 28th DFI Tom Simpson executed PVS/SGI agreement!!.
DFI acquired exclusive rights from ISI!!.
VDK 2.0 contains certain features of VDK 1.0-1.9
that TMMI is enhancing for commercial use....

That was then, and today a new avenue has opened up....
