I highlighted the part that was clipped off and edited for punctuation in your post. Posting the original quote would have made it more clear to board that he was describing his impression of something he read. Of course, as everyone with half a brain knows, nothing has been tested with PODRAS because it is just a concept, not a developed product. Let me know if you can find a real quote.
