There is one change I think could unite all of us on this board. Move Mr. Spangenberg to the CEO position - Mr. Croxall has had 3 years to produce results and to say he has been inconsistent is to put it mildly. In looking at what Mr. Spangenberg was able to produce while CEO of IPNAV suggests "he gets it". TIME FOR A CHANGE.

This article, which granted is a few years old, gives me confidence he would really change things up. Whether he'd take the CEO position is anyone's guess since he gave up the CEO role at IPNAV.
