There was no "hell of a run" on the Mobeego announcements except when it was initially announced Gruder was going to acquire the company. Once acquired he started his pumping/promotion scheme and distribution announcements so he could dilute the hell out of the stock. so with all that positive news for nearly 2 months, the pps suffered.

Q: Why don't you think the 4th QTR financials haven't ever been released?
A: Because it would show the share structure and thus all the dilution that has and is taking place.

The biggest laugh I had was when the S-1 was filed and he spun it as a way to up-list to the NASDAQ.

What about all those shares he gave to his so called directors? It looks like the 750K of them have already hit the market.
