Both Nevada licences have long been revoked and I dont even think they have an active Ontario business registration anymore. The only evidence that they are still in business are the Canadian used car ads on the internet. Haven't checked those in a while though. Other than that we'll get a flipper in here once in a while claiming to be a mgmt "buddy" and that all is well. Yada yada...
