Having worked for multiple fortune 100 companies... The last thing management focuses on in a day in day out basis is its stock fluctuations..

The focus is to put a plan in place and execute the plan that will increase share price and company value in the short and long term.

If any CEO or upper management employee took the time to respond to all the Tom Dick and Harry's concern on a stock board... That's when I would exit that stock.
