Doesn't matter...they just need to sign as directors on that page. There's no need to designate the Chairman.

I don't think that the change of LE to KM as Chairman required an 8-K. However there is an Item 8.01 Other Events under which it could have been filed voluntarily.

I don't think (and didn't mean to suggest) that this is any kind of big deal. The Chairman's position is mostly administrative...they have no noteworthy power that I know of. Their vote is no more meaningful. As far as I know it's just a matter of some additional duties regarding the conduct of meetings, etc.


If I'm wrong about any of that I'm sure someone will pipe up.
