Stewart this is how you get CAPC noticed by the public....you take that buy back money and move the stock by 20%.....investors who scour the stocks each day will see the % movement and begin to search for the CAPC message board.....when investors look for the percentage gainers for the day and see CAPC up 20% then they spread the news and you dont need to pay a single person but you get noticed and CAPC name gets out to potential investors
