I've never heard of a shareholder object to a company releasing a step-by-step plan. Many shareholders on many boards would love to receive a step-by-step anything from their Management teams. Your entire post would be spot-on if SoOum was selling shares into the news releases. That fact alone is an outstanding sign of legitimacy on the part of Management. A blind man could see where this is going... and it ain't trips!
