Definitely a REAL company!!! Hard to tell with all the clutter but I will summarize what long term shareholders who have done tons of DD know:

1. Once BETS gets 51% of proxy votes (and they may have enough without sending proxies to brokers) we quickly get 8-K with AS increase.

2. Soon thereafter (maybe immediately) we get LOC 8-K. IMO there is a strong possibility the LOC partner may also be buying or getting a private placement of shares as investor. BIG DEAL if true.

3. We are using Optima gambling license (for free) until we get our own license. I don't know how long this takes but have been searching for pending licenses.

4. We picked Optima because of the flexibility to customize and because of the best margin terms. I suspect we could have margins of 50% of turnover revenue.

5. There is still IMO a bitcoin feature coming that won't be there at hard launch but likely within 30 days or so.

6. It is also clear they are looking for another acquisition likely in Scotland, Northern Ireland or even in other European country like SPain where Optima is.

7. We know when they crank it up the turnover revenue for ApolloBet alone was $5M a month. I'm guessing that with 115,000+ customers and 2 web sites, we might within 30 days have turnover revenue of $5-8 million a month. Take 50% of that and our gross rev could be $2-4 million a month. Now you know why they say cash flow positive in Q4.

And finally if gross revenue is at the $25-50 million annualy range then calculate our worth if online gambling companies are being bought at 5X gross. Yeah......that's easily above a dime!!! The only reason we have not gotten there is we don't know the financials yet AND toxic dilution. If numbers are good at launch and LOC ends dilution then.......KABOOOOOOM!!!

So now we know why EVERYBODY wants cheap shares!!!!
