THUMBS OUT FOR TAX EXTENDERS SEEKING A RIDE: There’s an intense push from lawmakers and lobbyists to extend tax incentives for a variety of energy technologies before the end of the year, and the number of requests is ballooning, Pro’s Esther Whieldon reports.
