HEADLINE: REVERSE SPLIT DISCLOSURE

UMAX is announcing that it has officially completed its reverse split at a ratio of 20000:1 reverse, effective date of 9/20/16. The company is now moving forward as per the management plan. We appreciate the loyalty of the shares holders and look forward to the future.

That future won't include the shareholders that just got R/S into oblivion.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
