looks like they are getting rid of a lot of debt and a part of the company that is not profitable??? probably will make the numbers look a lot better in the future. who knows though. disappointing. hate to see anyone lose their job but obviously the CEO couldn't increase or even keep shareholder value. hopefully the new CEO has a better plan to get the stock back to where it should be.
