BTW, one of the rGBM patient's I'm following on the Inspire website just had a unconfirmed CR on VB-111 plus avastin. Since it's open label, the patients know if they are receiving the study drug. The patient in question had their tumor shrink from 3.8 cm down to 0 over six months of treatment. This is exceedingly rare with Avastin alone....

Whether this is durable or not remains to be seen, but it would appear that VB-111 is showing some very promising results in the GLOBE trial.
