Thank you for taking the time to send in your e-mail in regards to the online trading restriction on IPRE. We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your e-mail inquiry, and for any frustration this issue may have caused.

As stated in previous e-mails, we have filed formal complaints on your behalf regarding this issue. The online trading restriction simply means that you must call in and speak with a broker to place a trade on IPRE, rather than do so online. As stated before, this is due to E*TRADE receiving conflicting information regarding the potential re-organization. Once our trading department is able to confirm that the re-organization is in fact cancelled, then the online restriction can be lifted.
