IMO don't think much will help this stock:
. Principles have moved on to other ventures.
.. There is litigation between consultant and principle and company for unpaid wages.
... The company is behind on its filings.
.... None of the company initiatives have proved positive.
..... This company has never presented a viable business model.
...... The hydroponics acquisition made by the company in 2014 has been or is in the process of being pawned off to another company in the cannabis industry.
....... The CFO of this company is also on board of directors of competing company, which is in the process of acquiring GoGreen Hydroponics.
........ This company is an empty shell at this point in my opinion with nothing going for it. This was diluted into the ground to pay inflated salaries imo.

Unless there is some unknown info, based on available info, this shell is dead.
