bones1420: Even you should know that there HAS to be a 10K to come out. Why? Simple...they're going to be on the OTC:BB NOT the PINKS!

The ONLY requirement for the OTC:BB is REGULAR FILING!

The SEC wouldn't have given them the new symbol trading on the OTC:BB w/o a filing.
