Something is definitely happening or the insiders would have dumped shares at a 300% profit in bulk like they did the whole way down in PPS. That didn't happen at all today which should tell you everything you need to know. It's not summer, people aren't on vacation, it would have happened if they didn't think the stock was going higher. With OTC stocks, rumors can be true or false but you can always trust PPS and volume.
Yes some people have shares at .0001 but don't forget the years of losses of people buying in the pennies and dollars. We will run for quite awhile, resist the urge to dump and you will be greatly rewarded when the NGBL team reveals the news, whatever it might be.
