Yes, Ed's reputation is fine and Erick's is not. Why would any company hire a guy that deposits sour grapes on LinkedIn or any social media space?

Erick wasn't qualified to be an Internet Marketing Director. That was easy to see. He provided nothing of value and his workplace attitude sucked.
