For the Rich Lake Property we have selected the “Qualified Person” to complete the NI 43-101. Mr. John C. Archibald, B.Sc., P.Geo., F.G.A.C., A.P.G.O. He has 35 years of experience as a geologist where he has managed all prospecting activities and was responsible for numerous NI 43-101 Reports for Securities Commission compliance. Mr. Archibald is a Member of the Ontario Prospectors Association (Southern Ontario Branch) and is a Fellow in the Geological Association of Canada (FGAC).




Mr. John C. Archibald, B.Sc. (Hons.), P.Geo., F.G.A.C., A.P.G.O., served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of King's Bay Gold Corp. since May 17, 2011. Mr. Archibald served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of King's Bay Gold Corp. from January 2009 to May 17, 2011. Mr. Archibald is a professional Exploration and Mineral Resource Geologist, with over 30 years experience in all aspects of mineral Prospecting and Exploration. He worked with several industry majors including Noranda, Hudson Bay and Homestake. Mr. Archibald served as the President of Geophysical Prospecting Inc. (now, Revolution Technologies, Inc.) since January 3, 2006. Mr. Archibald serves on Geophysical's Exploration Advisory Board, where he manage all prospecting activities and is responsible for its N.I. 43-101 Reports for Securities Commission compliance. He has 35 years of experience as a geologist. He serves as a Head of Exploration Advisory Board of Revolution Technologies, Inc. He has been a Director of Vanity Capital Inc. since September 14, 2011. He served as a Director of King's Bay Gold Corp. from February 13, 2009 to May 6, 2011. He served as a Director of Revolution Technologies, Inc. since January 3, 2006. He served as a Director of UC Resources Ltd. from January 15, 2013 to October 28, 2014. Mr. Archibald worked with King's Bay Gold Corp. over many years on the majority of its mineral exploration projects as the Qualified Person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Archibald is a Member of the Ontario Prospectors Association (Southern Ontario Branch) and is a Fellow in the Geological Association of Canada (FGAC). He graduated with Bachelor of Science in Geology from Carleton University in Ottawa Ontario.
