When you call for 8k's being filed for years on end, sooner or later you
may be correct. Perhaps you need to look back at how many posts were made about an independant BOD was soon to be seated, yet nothing YEARS later.
I call this a scam, but investors won't realize that fact until the SEC
wakes up and suspends this POS for lying to investors for years.

Wasn't William Friedman supposed to be appointed to that BOD? Has he ever explained why this never materialized?
